“ First timer, both had fish and chips. Food was well prepared and tasty! Beer was cold and on tap, service was excellent, friendly pub atmosphere. Price was exceptional for what was served! ”
“ My favorite local hang. The kitchen is crazy clean, and the food that comes out is fast and tasty. I love the sidewinder fries with garlic, and the fried chicken is real. The staff all seem happy to be here, and I love that the servers all help each other out. My favorite spot to grab a pint and play one of the 2 pinball machines ”
“ Returned to check out the new digs as promised. No disappointments! I like the old location better. It had a dedicated and less busy parking area. But the new building is bigger, roomier and has lots of windows. Plenty of parking so that's not a problem... just that it's a much busier lot. That and turning left onto Hall can be problematic depending on the time of day. Pretty sure there is parking in the rear and that may turn out to be more to my liking. Although you can literally park the bike on the sidewalk right in front of the window. There's also a row of wooden picnic benches to the side which will be pleasant if it every warms up and dries out. As to the food, same-o, same-o. Chili was great. Burgers are still outstanding. I like the sidewinders although I'd like them better if Ringos could figure out what McDonalds does to their fries. I like them a bit more tender and with that slight broth taste. No complaints though. Food is just as excellent as always. Staff was great although there was just the barkeep and the cook. There was some girl pretending to work there but the bartender was basically doing the work of five people. The downside of the scamdemic (one of many) is that places like these seem to have a lot of trouble hiring and keeping good staff. Ringos was legendary for having very cute, flirty and attentive wait staff. Saturday afternoon could have just been a slow time for them. I'm getting a little old for the late night bar crawls. Luckily, it wasn't terribly busy when we were there so taking care of the dozen-odd patrons was no challenge for the excellent barkeep. Really nice guy but we old guys go there for the beer, burgers and girls, right? :) When I'm alone I usually drink at the bar and this one is pretty small. As I recall it was sometimes difficult to find a free stool at the old place too. I feel odd taking up a big booth all by myself when I'm alone. Good selection of brews on tap. So long as they have Colorado Koolaide, I'm a happy guy. My companion had mixed drinks. I gather they were ok. Prices are still modest. $35 to stuff myself silly, a couple of drinks and a decent gratuity. I've paid a lot more for worse meals so no complaints. Ringos is in the top five for my best non-chain burger joints. No frozen hockey puck patties here! I'd bump it up a tad if they do something about making the fries a bit more tender. Two hand formed patties make for a truly outstanding killer burger and the upcharge for that is very small. I would have ordered that but the still amazing chili was very filling. You can drown your burger in an assortment of topping options but I find the basic cheeseburger to be quite satisfying and tasty. Note to vegans: The chili has a LOT of meat in it (which is one of the main reasons why it is some of the best in the PNW). It's a little spicy and has a bite to it but it won't give you heartburn. A bowl is a VERY generous size bowl and it came out pretty quick so I'm guessing it's in a big pot that's on constant simmer. I am soooo glad Ringos hasn't changed and glad I stumbled on them looking around on Yelp for a place to entertain a friend. I was sad when I thought they were gone for good. Once again Yelp really came through for me! ”
“ Been going there with friends every Sunday for over a year, is probably the best place around since we eat so late. Service is always great, food is always great, good prices and a nice time. It's that type of place where you can regularly go to. ”
“ I've been to Ringo's Bar and Grill quite a few times, and their naked wings are always the highlight. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and they come in a generous size. Paired with their ranch, it's a winning combo. The fries are a bit hit or miss, but this last time they were on point. Super crispy and delicious. The ambience is exactly what you'd expect from a typical bar scene. They've got pool tables, which adds to the fun vibe. As for service, it's a bit of a mixed bag. Food usually takes a while to come out, and it really depends on the server. Some are friendly, but most of the time, the service is lackluster. I've only ordered takeout once, and I was really disappointed. The wings were tiny and way too dry, not nearly as good as the ones you get when dining in. The friendly waiter did let us know that his boss prefers customers to dine in to encourage more drink orders at the bar. Overall, I'd recommend the wings when eating in, but be cautious about ordering takeout. ”
